Is SkyRent really free for renters?

Yes! Renters can search for properties, apply, and use all platform features completely free. There are no hidden fees, application fees, or subscription costs.

What does the $39 featured listing include?

Featured listings get priority placement in search results, highlighted with a special badge, and increased visibility for 15 days. This is completely optional for landlords.

How does the escrow payment system work?

When you make a payment, funds are held securely in escrow until you confirm key receipt. You have an 8-hour window to cancel if needed. This protects both renters and landlords.

Are there any transaction fees?

No transaction fees for renters or landlords. We use Stripe for secure payment processing, and any processing fees are absorbed by SkyRent.
